Almond Pralines - in English please!
Heute mal ein Post auf Englisch, aufgrund einer süßen Anfrage :)
So here we go, the English recipe for...
140 g / 0,31 lbs / 4,93 oz
almond butter, white, unsweetened
50 g / 0,11 lbs / 1,76 oz
rice syrup
1-2 teaspoons
stevia granulate or powder (get it from amazon, e.g.) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stevia
1-2 drops
bitter almond oil
Some peeled, splintered or chopped almonds
Little praline or baking forms (around 18, depends on size)
1 - Weigh the white almond butter and the rice syrup and put it into a bowl.
Add 1-2 level teaspoons of stevia and 1-2 drops of the bitter almond oil
2 - Knead everything together until you get a a yummy dough
3 - Form little balls
4 - Roll them balls through the almond splinters or chops
5 - Put them into the praline forms. Finished!
Yes, as easy as this...
Remember: stevia tastes a little bit bitter to the end. If it's too much, just use a little less and it will be fine!
